FROST & FOUND
Frost & Found is a Kigali-based brand making handcrafted ice cream and cocktails with bold flavors and creative flair. With no physical storefront, everything lives online, the brand had to do more than just look good; it had to feel craveable.
They came to me with a vision: a brand that felt fresh, playful, and premium, something you would remember at first scroll and recognize at first scoop. My role was to build that world from scratch. I led the full brand development, from tagline, logo, and identity to product packaging and digital look and feel.
The result? A brand that scoops joy into every detail and brings cocktail energy into the freezer aisle.

Problem Statement
Frost & Found had the product, handmade ice cream and cocktails, but no brand to carry it. No logo. No packaging. No presence. As an online only business, they needed more than just good visuals. They needed a brand people could taste with their eyes and trust with their cravings. Something fresh, stylish, and confident. Something that looked like the future of indulgence, not a local side hustle.

Solution
My goal was simple: give the product a brand that felt as handcrafted as the ice cream itself.
I started by building a clean, confident identity that could live anywhere, online menus, Instagram posts, delivery stickers, you name it. The logo is playful but precise, echoing the brand’s bold personality without going over the top. I leaned into a fresh, flavorful palette and typography that felt cool and modern but still had warmth.
Every visual element was designed to work hard, whether it’s catching attention in a feed or sitting on a digital order page. Because the business is fully online, I focused heavily on flexibility: the brand had to scale easily, feel cohesive across touchpoints, and speak clearly to a fun-loving, taste-driven audience.
This wasn’t just about making something look good, it was about setting the stage for a new kind of ice cream experience in Kigali.

Result
With the brand system in place, Frost & Found now had a bold identity ready to make its debut. The visuals gave the business a confident, craveable presence across social media, order platforms, and packaging.
The brand feels like the product: fresh, crafted, and made to be enjoyed.
Even before the first scoop hit the market, the identity sparked curiosity. It gave the team a clear direction for storytelling, visuals, and marketing, setting the stage for strong recognition and future expansion. Everything looks aligned, consistent, and deliciously different.
